Maryna Hritsyshyna Energy transition landscape
Maryna is a Doctoral Researcher at the Center for Climate Change, Energy and Environmental Law - CCEEL of the University of Eastern Finland. With over twelve years of experience in the energy sector, she specializes in hydrogen regulation, certification, and regulatory aspects of the hydrogen supply chain.
As she embarks on her doctoral journey, she will research the regulation of Power-to-X technologies for e-fuel production in the EU and the US—analyzing how regulatory frameworks evolve (or sometimes lag behind) technological advancements. Her expertise includes regulatory issues for new hydrogen technologies, particularly Liquid Organic Hydrogen Carriers (LOHC) and e-fuel production.
